We keep you informed
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery time for each item. Once your item has been prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information. You’ll see your tracking number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, estimated shipping, delivery dates, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.
Shipping Rates and delivery estimates
Our delivery targets are based on working (NZ business) days that are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 6pm, (excluding NZ public holidays). The day you purchase the item from our stores is counted as “day zero”. If you purchase the item from our stores on the weekend or a public holiday, day zero will be the next working day.
Saturday, Sunday and NZ public holidays are not counted during delivery, so if they occur during your items travel time, it will take longer.

If, there is no stock available at your chosen store, our team will transfer the stock from another store or our distribution centre to your local store free of charge. Transfers typically take approximately 5-10 days and you will be contacted as soon as the item is in store and ready for collection.
We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees, where applicable.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your item(s) have been shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking number. Furthermore, if you need more details, you can send an email to info@goodmassage.co.nz or call 09 688 8999
Your massage chair will be delivered by the freight company for areas where we do not have a local store. You can find out how to set up your chair from the Manual book provided, or visit www.goodmassage.co.nz for more details.
