Our massage chair rental service is only available in Auckland residential areas.
Rent is free or 50% Refund if Purchased
If you decide to purchase within four weeks from the start of the rental period, you will receive a 100% reimbursement. After 6 weeks and within one year, you will receive a 50% reimbursement.

What happens if a chair I am renting gets damaged or needs repair?
We know accidents can happen! Leave the stress of maintenance and repair to us! Simply contact our team of expert engineers to log the issues with your chair, and we will arrange a time to visit and repair the massage chair. Our Worry-Free Rental Guarantee gives you added protection, meaning you won’t have to cover the cost of the entire chair if something is accidentally damaged. If any accidental damage does occur, such as scratches or damaged parts, the excess fee is only $300.
What happens if I want to buy the chair I am renting?
Great! You’ve fallen in love with one of our world-class massage chairs! If you are wanting to buy your rented chair within 6 weeks of renting it, we will refund you the FULL rental amount. If you decide to buy it after the 6 weeks mark, we will refund half of the rent paid towards the purchase of your very own massage chair!
Can I rent a chair from anywhere in New Zealand?
Our massage chair rental service is only available for Auckland area. This is to ensure we are still able to provide a premium repair and maintenance service from our team of experts.
