We ordered one of those cheap massage chairs from overseas a while back, turned out we still had to pay import tax and when the chair arrived, which was unexpected for us, also the chair start to having issues with airbags and making noise only a month after the we got it. Good thing you guys have trade-in service so it wasn’t completely useless in the end, but I did learned my lesson, like your staff said it’s all about the service afterwards. Many thanks!
