I initially rented a massage chair from them for a month but after a chat with Anthony (the store manager), I decided to purchase a chair during the Black Friday sale. Anthony was a great help. He was patient and gave a lot of useful explanation to help with my decision. The delivery came sooner than expected (right before Christmas so I can’t be more pleased) and the delivery guys were so pleasant and friendly. We had the same guys came over from the time we rented the chair. Sorry guys, I forgot to get your names but thanks for being so careful with delivering and setting up the new chair, our carpet and absolutely leaving no mess. Thank you!

Tony & Shirley from Good Massage Outlet were amazing to deal with. They were super accommodating and the showroom was well set up. Relaxing music in the background which paired well with the demonstrations for the Massage Chairs I was looking at. Tony knew what he was talking about with features and performed examples well. I never felt pushed or pressured to buy and fair examples of differences between models were well presented. Overall the service was great! Would definitely recommend the Good Massage Outlet.
