What our customers say

Shawn - Hamilton

Saw your product the first time when I go to my cousins place in Auckland, tried at his place and it was different from the ones I tried back in Hamilton, much bigger and the massage is way more comfortable, most importantly it is surprisingly affordable for its functions and features. Went to your Manukau Outlet and the service was amazing, bought the same model on spot and it has not disappointed us!

Manaaki - Palmerston North

Very comfortable chair and hassle free process, plenty features to explore and great adjustable system. Great stuff.

Harper - Rotorua

Appreciate you guys for finding the perfect chair for us! The sales person didn’t just sell us something expensive, instead he asked about what we need from the massage and provide recommendations accordingly, very patient and helpful. We will definitely be back for the trade-in!

Branden - Auckland

We ordered one of those cheap massage chairs from overseas a while back, turned out we still had to pay import tax and when the chair arrived, which was unexpected for us, also the chair start to having issues with airbags and making noise only a month after the we got it. Good thing you guys have trade-in service so it wasn’t completely useless in the end, but I did learned my lesson, like your staff said it’s all about the service afterwards. Many thanks!

Alvis - Wellington

Fabulous machine, very detailed massage and the texture in general is just flawless. Appreciate the service, honestly we were a bit skeptical in the beginning, but the sales staff we worked with was very patient and professional, the order went smoothly and the delivery was quickly arranged. Will recommend to my friends.

Carlos - Auckland

nice product and it really helped with my sore back and ankles. great staff down in the manukau outlet, very knowledgeable and helpful. They walked us through all the models to find the best one for our needs. I have already recommended to some of my cousins so we will probably see you guys soon!

Stephane - Wellington

A very satisfying shopping experience! The quality of the massage chair is beyond my expectations, the design is simple and stylish, and it is very suitable for the home. It is also very convenient to use, and the massage intensity can be adjusted according to personal needs, especially suitable for relaxing the fatigue of the whole body. Especially like its multiple modes and smart massage function, shoulder, back and waist massage effect is great, simply a family SPA! After a few days of using it, I feel that the body’s soreness has eased a lot, and it is really a necessary relaxation moment after work every day.

Alina - New Plymouth

My husband works long, tough hours in construction and often comes home with sore muscles, especially in his shoulders and neck. I decided to get this massage chair to help him relax, and it’s been incredible! The targeted massage features really ease his tension and make a huge difference. It’s so rewarding to see him more relaxed and comfortable after a hard day’s work.

Richard - Napier

My wife recently gave birth and has been dealing with constant back pain. This massager has been a lifesaver for her, especially in soothing her lower back. It’s become her go-to way to relax and feel more comfortable during this tiring time.

Peter Hugges - Hamilton

I’m quite happy with this new model, great material texture, easy to use even for the elders at home so that’s nice. The general massages are not too intense but still pack some force, which works out just fine for us.
