Fantastic massage，The strength is firm but not painful, and it really gets into my neck, shoulders and lower back. I usually run a full-body program before bed and it helps me relax and fall asleep faster. The controls are easy enough that my parents can use it too. For this price, I feel it’s totally worth it.
